Principle

Centrifugal drying, the use of a motor rotating through the bearing, driving the cylinder to rotate at a speed of 600 RPM, shake off most of the water. When the parts are dry, the pedal brake device can be used to quickly stop the rotation of the cylinder to improve production efficiency.

Can be used with gas hot fan, higher efficiency.

Usage

When using this dryer, you must first install the leakage switch and check whether the components and electrical components are damaged and leakage caused by transportation, and whether the machine running part is flexible, and then choose a good location (if possible, put it in a ventilated and dry place), level the machine, fix the foot bolts, and switch on the power for no-load test machine for 30 minutes. Check the rotation of the cylinder and the working condition of each part, and deliver it to use when everything is normal.

Loading and unloading of the workpiece should be stopped, and should be careful not to overload the drum and subjected to violent impact, installed parts before starting the motor, to ensure safe production, the work must be disconnected from the total power supply, so as to avoid accidents.
