●    The thyristor cycle commutation electroplating power supply is a power supply specially designed for low voltage, high current and low ripple hard chrome electroplating. It is widely used in the electroplating industry of wear-resistant workpieces. For example, in the weapons industry, low ripple hard chrome electroplating of guns, cannons, tanks and internal combustion engine cylinder piston rings, rolling mill rollers, etc. has achieved remarkable results.

●    The power supply has the advantages of high overall efficiency, good current sharing performance, large output current and low voltage ripple coefficient. In particular, the twelve-phase cycle commutation electroplating effect is quite impressive. The voltage ripple coefficient of the power supply can be ≤1% throughout the whole process, and the electroplating time is shortened by more than 1/3 compared with conventional electroplating, and it can effectively eliminate the pollution of various odd harmonics to the power grid.

●    This type of power supply can realize full automatic control of hard chrome electroplating, complete various more chrome electroplating process curves, and can completely replace imported similar power supplies.

●    The power supply has three optional working states: periodic commutation, forward or reverse. It can automatically change the polarity of the output current (electronic commutation) according to the process requirements, which is beneficial to improve the hardness, density and finish of the coating;

●    The output voltage ripple coefficient can be ≤3%-1%;

●    It has an automatic timing function and automatically controls the 1-3 step working state, which can better realize the quality control of the chromium layer thickness, hardness, wear resistance, etc.;

●    The power supply can work under the conditions of voltage stabilization and current limiting or current stabilization and voltage limiting, and the two working states can be switched at will;

●    The power supply has protection functions such as phase loss, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature;

●    The main transformer adopts a three-phase five-column or twelve-phase internationally advanced epitaxial transformer;

●    It has a soft start function to prevent large current shocks and extend the life of the equipment;

●    It can use analog control or digital control. If digital control is used, it has power and time control functions, and also has an RS-485 interface for easy computer networking;
