Production Support

1. After the customer pays the deposit, our company will produce CAD drawings and 3D drawings according to the customer's equipment scheme. Ensure equipment size data is completely accurate

2. After communicating all the data with the customer, our factory began to prepare equipment and materials.

3. In order to ensure the quality of our machines, we will use the best quality materials to manufacture the machines during the production process. If PP board is used, we will choose A-class sheet or German imported sheet. If stainless steel plates are used, we will use plates of sufficient thickness for production.

4. Our factory workers have more than 15 years of mechanical experience. They are experienced and skilled, so we can guarantee the quality of the machines.

Installation and Commissioning

1. After the completion of production, we will install the whole line in our factory for machine testing

2. We will take video photos of all machine details for customers to check.

3. If the customer does not need us to go to the factory for installation, we will shoot a complete video for each step of installation.

4. We will provide customers with specific text versions of the installation instructions and user manuals

After-sales service

1. The warranty period of our machine is one year. Within a year, you can tell us about any problems with the machine and we will direct your engineers to make repairs.

2. Before delivery, we will give you some spare parts, extra motor, extra reducer, crane wheel, crane motor, water outlet and some other parts. If the motor is broken, it can be replaced and repaired.
