1、PLC to rectifier signal:

a) Switch quantity: Control: start/stop conversion; voltage regulation/current regulation conversion.

b) Analog quantity: current control: 4~20mA; voltage control: 0-10V.

2、Rectifier to PLC signal

a) There are three switch values: steamer start/stop status, voltage/current stabilization status, and fault alarm status.

b) Two analog signals: 4-20mA current signal or 0~10V voltage signal, which can be used to feedback the rectifier output voltage and output current.

c) Complete electrical isolation between rectifier and PLC.

d) Linear accuracy ≤1% (PLC analog control quantity corresponds to the actual rectifier output and feedback value).

e) The rectifier has a soft start function, that is, when the output regulation control signal jumps, the output of the rectifier has a slow switching process (this function can be selected by the customer).
